Tour operates rain or shine. Customers will receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
There is a minimum passenger amount to operate this tour. If the minimum passenger amount is not met, the tour operator may cancel the tour and reschedule or refund customers.

Do we go around the island?
Yes! We take you for a little bit of sightseeing on the south & east ends of the island, then we head north for all the action. We return to Waikiki between 430pm-5pm.
Is lunch included?
No. Lunch is optional. We stop at the North Shore Shrimp trucks. Shrimp plates come with rice & salad. Alternative options are available.
What should I bring with me on the tour?
Bring a small beach bag with a towel, swimming suits, change of clothes, flip flops, camera, sunblock, water bottle, & money.
What will I need money for?
Lunch is $15 cash only per person. You can use a credit card for everything else like Dole whip ice cream, paddleboard/kayak rental, admission to botanical garden/waterfall hike & souvenirs.

What if it rains?
We go rain or shine! If the trip is canceled due to hazardous weather conditions, we will reschedule your trip or offer you a full refund.
What if I can’t swim?
No problem, we have other options on our tour that include an optional waterfall hike, lounging on the beach, or exploring Haleiwa Town.
Where is my pick up?
When you enter your hotel information, we will assign the nearest pick up location to you. We do not pick up from every hotel. All locations are within walking distance. A picture of your pickup is sent in your email confirmation.
Is Gratuity included?
No. A tip based on the service you receive and is greatly appreciated.
What kind of vehicles do you have?
Our fleet consists of 14 & 25 passenger vans. All vehicles are equipped with air conditioning, comfortable seating & large windows
